1. Provide commercial and customer back-office support, including resolving sales-related issues, processing orders, and managing billing.
2. Develop and utilize analysis tools to monitor sales performance, stock levels, and product performance, while assisting in strategic planning and reporting.
3. Manage stock control and replenishment for boutiques and wholesalers, ensuring accurate stock comparisons and assortment follow-up.
4. Support marketing operations by managing budgets, coordinating merchandising materials, and assisting in event organization and training sessions.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales-related tasks.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, including media, press, events, and CRM.

1. Proficiency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Internet, SAP, BI, and Salesforce.
3. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and a service-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in both sales and marketing roles, with a focus on the luxury sector.
