Vacheron Constantin Sales and Marketing Intern

- Coordinate with the Retail team to monitor F&B replenishment and manage sourcing and quotation requests for new items in the drinks menu.
- Support ad hoc and new projects as they arise.
- Raise LGSMs within the merchandising function.
- Collect and analyze feedback on luxury brand performance, consumer trends, and competitive activities, reporting key insights to the Sales and Marketing executive.
- Plan and execute monthly CRM events to engage high-end clients, ensuring personalized and unique brand interactions.
- Prepare and process client event materials, including mailings and welcome packs.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing executive to plan boutique activations to increase foot traffic.
- Assist in the implementation of media, social media, and digital strategies in the region.
- Support the local PR plan and maintain close media relations, organizing brand events and preparing marketing materials.
- Assist in administrative duties related to trade marketing.
- University or Business School Graduate
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury goods sector
- Sales and customer focus with a strong motivation to achieve targets
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Team player with creativity and passion
- Ability to engage and motivate stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Basic accounting and finance knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Experience with SAP is advantageous
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
University or Business School Graduate
