1. Possess a BAC+2 (level 5) or BAC (level 4) with at least 2 years of successful retail experience.
2. Demonstrated interest in customer experience and luxury retail.
3. Desire to invest in a prestigious luxury brand environment.

2. Conversational English proficiency.

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in retail is required.

BAC+2 (level 5) or BAC (level 4).

Opportunity to join a Richemont Maison for 12 months with an apprenticeship or professionalization contract. Preparation for a state-recognized certification 'Commercial Development Manager in Fashion, Luxury, Beauty' at level 6 (Bac +3). Active and participative training by professionals with expert workshops led by Richemont Maison collaborators.
