Vacheron Constantin Retail Operations Manager

- Ensure boutiques comply with Richemont and Maison's operational guidelines and support daily inquiries.
- Collaborate with Commercial Directors and boutiques to ensure effective controls and flawless execution.
- Implement tools and communication strategies to enhance team knowledge, including training and knowledge management systems.
- Drive initiatives to streamline, standardize, and optimize store procedures and daily operations.
- Facilitate information exchange with other departments within the Maison and across Richemont on retail operations topics.
- Monitor and optimize operating costs within the retail division.
- Manage the store application environment, acting as a liaison between stores, central teams, and local IT.
- Coordinate retail excellence initiatives from conception to roll-out, adapted to local specificities.
- Collaborate with various teams to roll out performance-related programs and omnichannel initiatives.
- Monitor client feedback and NPS to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of clienteling and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Train and coach sales teams on best practices for delivering outstanding client service.
- Implement comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs for boutique teams.
- Develop programs to empower retail teams, including commissions.
- Collaborate with Vacheron Constantin HQ on retail people-related projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 5-10 years of experience in luxury retail or related industries.
- Understanding of the luxury retail landscape and commercial acumen.
- Expertise in retail operations is advantageous.
- Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
5-10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or related industries.
Bachelor's Degree
Expected Salary Range: $115K-130K Annually. Eligible for an annual bonus. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
