1. Act as an ambassador for the Maison, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail community.
2. Assist boutique team with preparation of client appointments and in-boutique activations.
3. Support Boutique Managers in leading actions aimed at driving high-value sales, including exploring partnerships and collaborations.
4. Perform a comprehensive study to propose a plan to drive top client strategy in the region, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
5. Lead initiatives to elevate service standards across boutiques, such as grooming and etiquette.
6. Collate and share insights to benchmark client experience versus competitors.
7. Support execution of large-scale Maison events, which may require regional travel.

4. Flexibility to work retail hours and travel within the region.

No prior experience required, but a passion for luxury retail and client services is advantageous.
