1. Serve as an Ambassador for the Maison, maintaining the brand's image with clients and within the local retail community.
2. Assist boutique teams in preparing for client appointments and in-boutique activations.
3. Support Boutique Managers in initiatives to drive High Value sales, including exploring partnerships and collaborations for exclusive product launches and events.
4. Conduct a comprehensive study to propose strategies for Top Client acquisition and retention in the region.
5. Lead initiatives to enhance service standards across boutiques, focusing on grooming and etiquette.
6. Gather and share insights to benchmark client experiences against competitors.
7. Assist in executing large-scale Maison events, which may require regional travel.

1. Strong presentation skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
