1. Oversee and manage boutique operations within the region to ensure operational excellence.
2. Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive brand reputation and desirability.
3. Secure partnerships and collaborations to enhance boutique offerings and client experiences.
4. Monitor local business environment to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
5. Achieve and exceed quantitative and qualitative sales targets across all boutiques.
6. Lead performance management initiatives and foster a results-driven culture.
7. Implement new tools and services for operational efficiency.
8. Drive CRM and clienteling efforts to strengthen client engagement.
9. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Maison's values and collections.
10. Manage and develop boutique teams, ensuring alignment with the Maison's strategy.

1. University graduate or equivalent.
2. 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a managerial role, preferably in luxury retail.

1. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
2. Strong presentation and influencing skills.
3. Organizational and analytical capabilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in IT tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

A minimum of 8 years in relevant roles, with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity within the luxury retail sector.

University degree or equivalent.
