Vacheron Constantin Regional Sales Director

- Develop and implement a long-term distribution strategy for all channels within the region.
- Oversee sales, distribution, stock, supplies, customer relationships, clienteling, and customer services.
- Ensure profitable and sustainable performance of retail and wholesale distribution channels.
- Lead and develop both own-operated and partner-operated boutiques, as well as multi-brand points of sale.
- Encourage a customer-centric approach to achieve annual sales objectives and increase market share.
- Build a strong personal network with clients, cooperation partners, retailers, and key industry figures.
- Ensure consistent service excellence across all channels by implementing the Maison’s operational guidelines.
- Manage boutique P&L, inventory, CAPEX, DSO, and other financial targets.
- Enhance brand awareness, reputation, and signature across channels.
- Inspire a positive, entrepreneurial, agile, and client-centric attitude within internal teams.
- Coordinate regularly with various teams at the Americas and corporate headquarters.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in retail, wholesale, and business strategy implementation, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven strategic thinking and leadership skills with strong business acumen and agility.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business projects simultaneously with attention to detail and operations.
- Proficiency in digital trends and their application in client interactions.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
