1. Define product surveillance plans based on product and process risk analyses.
2. Contribute to the development of production control methods and associated control ranges.
3. Manage quality standards, including creation, revision, and elimination.
4. Lead the resolution of production non-conformities.
5. Participate in the optimization of manufacturing processes to reduce defect rates and rework.
6. Ensure the implementation of product/process modifications in production.

1. Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the industry, preferably in horology.

1. Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
4. Autonomous with a strong team spirit.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix organization.
6. Proficiency in Windows-based IT tools, particularly Excel.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years in Quality Assurance, ideally within the watchmaking industry.
