Vacheron Constantin Quality Assurance Technician

- Ensure control of production lines in collaboration with production and methods teams.
- Master problem-solving and non-conformity management (QRQC).
- Monitor and manage Statistical Process Control (SPC) of machining equipment.
- Develop control ranges (characteristics to control, sample size, sampling frequency).
- Track quality attainment costs.
- Conduct audits (product, process, 5S).
- Interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Utilize optical and probing control methods.
- Apply Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced education in micromechanics, ideally supplemented by quality training.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary workgroups.
- Analytical and synthesis skills for technical and organizational information.
- Proactive, organized, and meticulous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, particularly in micromechanics, is preferred.
Advanced education in micromechanics, ideally with additional training in quality assurance.
