1. Ensure control of production lines in collaboration with production and methods teams.
2. Master problem-solving and non-conformity management (QRQC).
3. Monitor and manage Statistical Process Control (SPC) of machining equipment.
4. Develop control ranges (characteristics to control, sample size, sampling frequency).
5. Track quality attainment costs.
6. Conduct audits (product, process, 5S).
7. Interpret technical drawings accurately.
8. Utilize optical and probing control methods.
9. Apply Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Advanced education in micromechanics, ideally supplemented by quality training.

1. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
2. Ability to lead multidisciplinary workgroups.
3. Analytical and synthesis skills for technical and organizational information.
4. Proactive, organized, and meticulous.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, particularly in micromechanics, is preferred.

Advanced education in micromechanics, ideally with additional training in quality assurance.
