- Supervise and coordinate the team of project engineers and support external engineering specialists.
- Assess team knowledge, create a competence plan, and monitor its deployment for project management improvement.
- Design high-level organizational structures and identify necessary major changes.
- Prepare organizational transformation with stakeholders, defining design, missions, and operating modes collaboratively.
- Define tools and support process redesign.
- Prepare maintenance plans and operational documentation with internal client representatives.
- Optimize project concepts to support CO2 reduction and water consumption goals.
- Communicate project updates, inform stakeholders, and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Over 10 years of experience in a similar role with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and environments.
- Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or energy engineering, or mechatronics, with PMI/PMP certification.
- Exceptional public speaking and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking with precise execution capabilities.
- Ability to drive projects and cultural changes in a matrix organization.
- Agile mindset, collaborative, solution-oriented, with strong influencing skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both verbal and written.
Over 10 years in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or energy engineering, or mechatronics, with PMI/PMP certification.
