1. Propose and implement innovative solutions in tooling, assembly methodologies, and equipment to enhance efficiency and product quality.
2. Collaborate with the Series Life Methods Manager to support production in improving assembly and casing processes.

1. Experience in production methods or industrialization within the horology sector.
2. Knowledge of caliber assembly and casing of horological products.

1. Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools.
2. Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
3. Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.

A minimum of initial experience in production methods or industrialization, particularly in the horology industry.
