- Define and lead projects to enhance the reliability of calibers and watches using data-driven approaches.
- Establish objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for each project.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret reliability data from various sources such as testing, production, and after-sales service.
- Identify failure causes and potential improvement areas.
- Develop performance indicators to track product reliability evolution.
- Propose and implement technical solutions for new products, integrating reliability requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and across departments.
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Development, Production, Laboratory, and After-Sales teams to ensure effective governance of reliability improvement initiatives.
- Communicate with the Group on reliability-related aspects and monitor market feedback and new tools.
- Engineering degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Specialization in reliability, quality, or statistics is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of reliability analysis methods and tools such as FMEA, fault tree analysis, stress-strength analysis, and Monte Carlo methods.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and data analysis software such as Qualaxy, Ellistat, and Python.
- Strong project coordination skills for technical, cross-functional, and strategic initiatives.
- Proactive approach to understanding constraints and ensuring project success.
- Excellent analytical skills, dynamic problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to new environments.
- Effective communication and simplification skills to persuade stakeholders.
3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial setting, preferably with a focus on reliability, quality, or statistical analysis.
Engineering degree, preferably with a specialization in reliability, quality, or statistics.
