Vacheron Constantin Planning and Procurement Product Specialist

- Ensure the success of planning and procurement products by understanding user needs and driving process optimization.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to understand customer needs and expectations.
- Evaluate the potential impact of technical options and prioritize initiatives that deliver the most value.
- Identify areas for improvement in product development and delivery processes.
- Implement solutions by executing tasks or managing the implementation process.
- Train and empower key users to enhance user adoption, autonomy, and ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Digital Transformation.
- Significant experience of 5 years in a digital transformation team within a manufacturing context.
- Experience in planning or procurement on the business side is advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management, Agile methodology, SAP ECC, SAP APO, and SAP eWM.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong understanding of planning concepts, logistic execution, and procurement processes.
- Team spirit and data-driven mindset.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital transformation team within a manufacturing context is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Digital Transformation.
