1. Ensure industrial feasibility of new products.
2. Design and oversee the realization of tooling.
3. Define and collectively validate operation ranges and times.
4. Create technical documentation.
5. Propose and implement innovative solutions to reduce costs and/or enhance the quality of existing products.
6. Support production on technical matters such as methodology, training, and technological monitoring in collaboration with the Methods Manager.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the watchmaking sector.

1. Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
2. Proficiency in design tools (ideally Creo) and data management systems (Windchill, SAP).
3. Motivation to work in a dynamic production environment.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact with various departments.
5. Rigorous and organized with autonomy and efficiency.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the watchmaking industry.
