1. Assist the Public Relations team with press releases, proofreading PR materials, and articles.
2. Manage relationships with media agencies, including clipping and maintaining the media archive.
3. Support the Client Relation Center by coordinating collateral and gifts for customers.
4. Collaborate with the CRM and Retail teams to facilitate VIP client treatment planning.
5. Aid in event planning and management, including the preparation of event materials.
6. Provide support for store design and visual merchandising documentation and material preparation.
7. Assist retail, training teams, and boutiques with necessary tools and equipment.
8. Perform administrative duties such as vendor registration, invoice processing, and shipping supplies.
9. Assist the marketing team in preparing reports for headquarters.

1. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
2. Business-level proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
2. Ability to work autonomously and proactively solve problems.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

Experience in a similar marketing or administrative role within the luxury sector is preferred.
