- Ensure coherence in marketing and communication activations across markets.
- Lead the implementation of marketing activations, ensuring alignment with Maison strategy.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to execute the Maison Communication Strategy in various markets.
- Manage the strategic planning for markets and optimize budget efficiency.
- Coordinate with HQ departments for global marketing operations.
- Develop and distribute marketing toolboxes and best practices to markets.
- Update and manage the Marketing Activations calendar and online content platform.
- Conduct market calls and coordinate follow-ups with HQ and market counterparts.
- Coordinate Heritage, Les Collectionneurs, and spokesperson agendas with markets.
- Research and implement new client recruitment activities.
- Monitor global executions and compile best practices reports.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in Operational Marketing, preferably in luxury or watchmaking sectors.
- International experience is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of 360° marketing and strategic thinking.
- Proficient project management skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of picture library management is a plus.
- Solution-driven and organized with the ability to work transversally.
- Strong business acumen and client-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
A minimum of 5 years in Operational Marketing, with a preference for experience in the luxury or watchmaking industry and international exposure.
Master's degree in a relevant field.
