Vacheron Constantin Marketing Operations Intern

- Assist in implementing marketing operations across all sales points to enhance client development and acquisition, in collaboration with local and HQ VM, event, and CRM teams.
- Manage bespoke events for VIC clients in coordination with boutique management and CRM/clienteling teams.
- Develop clienteling tools in collaboration with the retail team, including clienteling journeys and product launch toolboxes.
- Develop gift offerings dedicated to the flagship store at 2Paix.
- Manage daily relations with the press office, including the distribution of press kits and visuals.
- Support the organization of press events, such as press presentations and anniversary trips.
- Analyze press performance in relation to media investments and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate and oversee logistics for product shootings, ensuring smooth operations with security, boutique, and marketing departments.
- Support digital actions, including SNS campaigns to promote trade marketing activities with partners and partner feed support.
- Develop tools to support partner business, such as ad hoc newsletters.
- Report events to HQ and conduct competitive analysis on competitor displays and window animations.
- Strong appreciation for the luxury and watchmaking industry.
- Recognized for a strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Operational capability in a commercial and field environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in luxury marketing and operations is essential.
