- Lead and execute trade marketing plans to achieve sales targets across all channels, including internal and external boutiques and wholesalers.
- Present and implement marketing plans to retail and wholesale partners, adjusting the marketing calendar as needed.
- Design, create, and execute varied events, both online and offline, such as product launches, sales events, and manufacturing visits.
- Optimize resources to enhance return on investment (ROI) across different markets.
- Ensure alignment of marketing calendar and campaigns with sales forecasts.
- Continuously analyze market context, emerging trends, and potential opportunities to provide strategic recommendations.
- Manage relationships with journalists and influencers in collaboration with the PR agency, aligning marketing strategies with the overall strategic plan.
- Oversee visual merchandising concepts, ensuring consistency and developing event displays for the flagship store.
- Manage the A&P budget meticulously, tracking expenses and allocating resources effectively for all marketing activities.
- Plan and manage the budget for events and visual merchandising monthly and annually, conducting regular analysis with local management control and headquarters.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Strong client orientation.
- Proficiency in French and English.
