1. Assist the Project Manager in organizing and executing client events, boutique activations, and manufacture visits.
2. Coordinate with external parties and suppliers to manage logistical aspects of boutique events.
3. Develop event marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, invitations, and internal agendas.
4. Oversee visual merchandising activities and ensure the implementation of boutique and point-of-sale animations.
5. Support the creation of media assets for media plan bookings.
6. Track and report on marketing expenditures and liaise with the accounting team as necessary.
7. Update the marketing plan document daily.

1. Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Fluent in French and English.
