1. Manage the annual ordering and dispatch of POS materials for boutiques and points of sale, ensuring timely delivery and proper implementation.
2. Support the Trade Marketing Manager in executing visual merchandising animations and campaigns across all markets, in alignment with HQ creative direction and seasonal calendars.
3. Coordinate the ordering and global dispatch of visual merchandising kits, ensuring timely delivery and readiness for implementation.
4. Oversee the dispatch process of gifting items, coordinating with logistics teams, warehouses, and external partners.
5. Assist with technical and logistical aspects of events, including marketing activations, seminars, and team-building activities.
6. Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and new formats, including digital tools and interactive content.
7. Maintain and update PR and 'influentials' lists, coordinating the distribution of gifts and ensuring accurate translation of brand materials into Arabic.
8. Prepare monthly meeting recaps of PR and media value, and ensure significant magazine coverage is dispatched to boutiques.
