1. Support the Public Relations team with press releases and proofreading of PR materials and articles.
2. Manage the relationship with the media agency, including clipping and maintaining the media archive.
3. Coordinate with the Client Relation Center to organize collateral and gifts for customers.
4. Collaborate with the CRM and Retail teams to support Very Important Client (VIC) treatment planning.
5. Assist in event planning and management, including preparation of event materials.
6. Provide support for store design and Visual Merchandising Display (VMD) documentation and material preparation.
7. Support retail, training teams, and boutiques with necessary tools and equipment.
8. Perform administrative duties such as vendor registration, invoice processing, and shipping supplies.
9. Assist the marketing team in preparing reports for headquarters.

1. Experience in a similar role within the luxury industry is preferred.
2. Business-level proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
2. Ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently.
3. Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for multitasking and attention to detail.

Experience in a similar role within the luxury industry is preferred.
