- Develop strategic merchandising programs to enhance brand positioning and visibility.
- Collaborate with headquarters, supply chain, and local vendors to manage visual merchandising, publishing, and visibility materials.
- Ensure all materials and executions adhere to headquarters' guidelines.
- Devise online and offline media advertising campaigns to enhance brand awareness and exclusivity.
- Coordinate with headquarters and local advertising agencies for advertising activities.
- Maintain and enhance brand visibility through appropriate media channels.
- Dispatch press releases and explore media angles for stronger brand visibility.
- Organize corporate, press, and retail events ensuring adherence to guidelines and budget.
- Monitor and report on qualitative and quantitative press coverage.
- Control A&P budget and develop annual marketing, communication, and PR plans.
- Support retail and wholesale teams to achieve annual budget targets.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing/communication within the luxury industry.
- Strong connections with luxury watch and lifestyle media.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital and social media strategy development and execution.
- Ability to work independently with a strong and mature personality.
- Dynamic, proactive, and thorough thinking.
- Excellent PC knowledge, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 10 years in marketing or communication within the luxury industry, preferably with experience in fashion, watch, and jewelry sectors or PR agencies.
