- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand positioning and visibility in Taiwan.
- Collaborate with headquarters, supply chain, and local vendors to manage visual merchandising and visibility materials.
- Ensure all marketing materials and executions adhere to headquarters' guidelines.
- Create and implement online and offline media advertising campaigns to enhance brand awareness while maintaining exclusivity.
- Collaborate with headquarters and local advertising agencies to manage advertising activities.
- Maintain relationships with online and offline media to increase brand visibility and establish strong press relations.
- Organize and execute corporate, press, retail, and dealer events in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor and report on qualitative and quantitative press coverage and event performance.
- Control advertising and promotion budgets and develop annual marketing, communication, and PR plans.
- Support retail and wholesale teams to achieve annual sales targets.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing or communication within the luxury industry, preferably in fashion, watches, or jewelry.
- Strong connections with luxury watch and lifestyle media are advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital and social media strategy development and execution.
- Ability to work independently with a strong and mature personality.
- Dynamic, proactive, and thorough thinker with a good sense of luxury goods and fashion.
- Efficient, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Excellent PC skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 10 years in marketing or communication within the luxury industry, with a preference for experience in fashion, watches, or jewelry.
