- Collaborate with teams to optimize production planning and monitor budgets, analyze variances, and track KPIs across the supply chain.
- Monitor inventory levels, implement optimization strategies, ensure accurate valuation, and oversee stock counts.
- Analyze financial performance of innovation projects, track budgets, and support R&D financial processes.
- Manage financial aspects of unique timepiece production.
- Optimize production cost calculations, develop cost models, and identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Provide qualitative analysis to support Operations Teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the watchmaking industry.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in data analytics.
- Ability to translate physical operations and processes into financial figures.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, including cost accounting and inventory valuation.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for candidates with watchmaking industry knowledge.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Engineering.
