1. Collaborate with teams to optimize production planning and monitor budgets, analyze variances, and track KPIs across the supply chain.
2. Monitor inventory levels, implement optimization strategies, ensure accurate valuation, and oversee stock counts.
3. Analyze financial performance of innovation projects, track budgets, and support R&D financial processes.
4. Manage financial aspects of unique timepiece production.
5. Optimize production cost calculations, develop cost models, and identify cost reduction opportunities.
6. Provide qualitative analysis to support Operations Teams.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Engineering.
2. 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the watchmaking industry.
3. Fluency in French and English.

2. Ability to translate physical operations and processes into financial figures.
3. Solid understanding of accounting principles, including cost accounting and inventory valuation.
4. Knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.

5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for candidates with watchmaking industry knowledge.
