- Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop and implement strategies for in-store and offsite events in collaboration with boutique and local management.
- Accurately capture and utilize client data for relationship building and follow-up opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, adhering to retail guidelines.
- Master key moments of the sales ceremony, including effective questioning and listening to client needs.
- Handle negotiations and objections with professionalism and ease.
- Support after-sales clients, providing recommendations aligned with Maison values.
- Stay informed on industry news and competitor activities.
- Communicate passionately about the Maison, demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values, codes, and history.
- Provide detailed descriptions of Maison pieces, highlighting their uniqueness.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- College degree preferred
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus
- Additional language skills are advantageous
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter with a team-player approach
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment, with general knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.
College degree preferred
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
