- Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience by demonstrating expertise and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through outstanding customer service and in-store experiences.
- Collaborate with boutique and local management to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
- Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, utilizing available tools effectively.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines.
- Master key moments of the sales ceremony, engaging customers and addressing their needs.
- Handle negotiations and objections with ease, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values, offering recommendations for an exceptional experience.
- Act as a Maison ambassador, communicating passionately about the brand's values, history, and collections.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures of the Group, Maison, and boutique.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Participate in special projects as needed, such as price changes and supporting back-office responsibilities.
- College degree preferred
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment. General knowledge and interest in timepiece movements is preferred.
College degree preferred
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
