1. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets as directed by management.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique, representing the brand.
3. Proactively develop new clientele and nurture existing relationships, focusing on high-value and bespoke sales.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge and Maison history.
5. Assist clients with customer service needs before and after sales, maintaining the brand's high standards.
6. Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building, utilizing available CRM tools.
7. Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary.
8. Support in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.
9. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
10. Assist with boutique setup, breakdown, merchandising, and maintenance.
11. Train new employees on sales and visual standards.
12. Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
13. Assist with special projects, such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.

1. 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
2. General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.

1. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
2. Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
3. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Self-starter with a team-player approach.
7. Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

5 to 7 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.

College degree preferred.
