- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets as directed by management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique, representing the brand.
- Proactively develop new clientele and nurture existing relationships, focusing on high-value and bespoke sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge and Maison history.
- Assist clients with customer service needs before and after sales, maintaining the brand's high standards.
- Capture client data accurately for follow-up and relationship building, utilizing available CRM tools.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Support in-store and offsite events and networking initiatives.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with boutique setup, breakdown, merchandising, and maintenance.
- Train new employees on sales and visual standards.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
- Assist with special projects, such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
- General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
5 to 7 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
College degree preferred.
