1. Develop and drive sales turnover in alignment with the boutique's strategic objectives.
2. Meet turnover targets as set by the Boutique Manager while adhering to discount policies.
3. Achieve key performance indicators defined by the Boutique Manager.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with the Maison’s standards.
5. Adapt service style to meet individual client needs and ensure each sale is handled appropriately.
6. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, including prospecting and follow-up with new clients.
7. Enrich client database through effective use of welcome cards for clients and prospects.
8. Manage customer service cases according to the Maison’s standards and communicate issues to the Boutique Manager.
9. Participate in effective stock management, including reception, transfer, and inventory control.
10. Ensure products are correctly handled, priced, and displayed according to boutique priorities.
11. Adhere to brand guidelines regarding grooming, CRM, VM, and media.
12. Participate actively in boutique meetings and training sessions, providing feedback and proposing new ideas.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury environment.

1. Strong passion for luxury products and the Maison.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Ability to perform well under pressure and multitask effectively.
5. Pleasant disposition and strong team player.

At least 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury sector.
