- Identify areas for improvement within the manufacturing scope.
- Assemble and lead project teams focused on continuous improvement.
- Monitor project objectives and budgets.
- Measure and report on project performance.
- Promote continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives through impactful cross-functional communications.
- Final year of an engineering program.
- Proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in French (oral and written).
- High proficiency in office software, particularly Excel.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in an engineering program.
