1. Final year of an engineering program.

1. Proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Advanced proficiency in French (oral and written).
5. High proficiency in office software, particularly Excel.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in an engineering program.
