- Collaborate with project managers and teams to develop and validate new watch complications, ensuring compliance with specifications and product reliability.
- Create and implement qualification and homologation plans for new products and enhancements to existing series.
- Analyze test results, compile comprehensive reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support R&D, Production, and After-Sales Service departments through technical analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define and execute test plans for laboratory analysis requests, proposing sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of horological standards and technical references.
- Participate in the integration and optimization of laboratory equipment to enhance testing and validation capabilities.
- CFC Watchmaker certification or equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by experience in the development and validation of watch movements or precision components.
- In-depth knowledge of watchmaking techniques, including assembly, adjustment, casing, and quality control.
- Proficiency with office software (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to new environments and rigorous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel to the Plan-les-Ouates site.
Experience in the development and validation of watch movements or precision components is preferred.
CFC Watchmaker certification or equivalent qualification.
