Vacheron Constantin International Training Manager

- Lead and oversee all training and coaching initiatives across regions, focusing on the European zone.
- Ensure the consistent implementation of global training strategies, adapting them to regional business needs.
- Report to the Business Operations & Excellence Director, managing the European regional Trainer and overseeing a team of 7+ regional trainers.
- Support local market needs and drive excellence in boutique teams’ development, empowerment, and client experience.
- Act as a strategic partner, representing the voice of the field to ensure training initiatives support business objectives.
- Identify and escalate training needs and field insights to top management to influence strategic decision-making.
- Design and deploy training programs to enhance sales capabilities, client engagement, and service excellence.
- Structure the training approach to maintain Maison standards and consistency across all boutiques.
- Support regional trainers with operational training, coaching routines, and ongoing feedback.
- Train directly with the Europe Regional Trainer across 20+ boutiques and oversee the wholesale network.
- Animate the training community through regular routines and contribute to major events.
- Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics and field impact.
- Collaborate with the Training Academy and Retail Excellence to equip trainers and boutique teams with necessary knowledge and tools.
- Conduct regular market visits for hands-on coaching and gather insights for the Business Ops & Excellence team.
- Manage the Europe Regional Trainer and have dotted-line responsibility for regional trainers.
- Foster collaboration, sharing of best practices, and continuous development within the training community.
- Develop regional trainers and support recruitment and onboarding of new trainers.
- Drive boutique teams’ development and empowerment.
- 8+ years of experience in training and coaching, with international or multi-regional exposure in the high watchmaking or luxury industry.
- Strong understanding of high watchmaking business, client experience, and retail operations.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Leadership skills with excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation abilities.
- Organizational skills with adaptability and agility towards changes and business priorities.
- Solution-driven and client-centric mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex insights effectively.
- Collaborative nature with a strong team spirit.
8+ years of experience in training and coaching, including international or multi-regional exposure in the high watchmaking or luxury industry.
