1. Define, deploy, and communicate indirect procurement strategies across all categories.
2. Manage and coordinate a team of three, ensuring effective team leadership.
3. Oversee tenders, negotiations, and contract implementation in line with established policies.
4. Identify cost optimization opportunities and contribute to departmental savings and cost avoidance reporting.
5. Apply and enhance existing procurement processes for continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate in managing supplier risks, including financial and operational aspects, with relevant teams.
7. Ensure compliance with current regulations and internal policies.
8. Integrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) criteria into procurement practices.
9. Maintain regular communication with Group procurement teams to harmonize practices and leverage synergies.

1. Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role, ideally within the watchmaking or luxury sector.
2. Educational background in Procurement or Supply Chain.

1. Proficient in negotiation and contract management techniques.
2. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication skills in French and English.
4. Leadership and teamwork capabilities.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar procurement role, preferably within the horology or luxury industry.

Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
