- Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide leadership coaching and manage performance, employee relations, and organizational design.
- Drive a culture of high performance and belonging within the Le Brassus site.
- 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Agility and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
A minimum of 7 years in HR roles, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial environments. Experience in fast-paced or high-growth settings is advantageous.
