1. Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
2. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
3. Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
4. Provide leadership coaching and manage performance, employee relations, and organizational design.
5. Drive a culture of high performance and belonging within the Le Brassus site.

1. 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
2. Proven ability to think strategically and execute with precision.
3. Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
4. Fluency in French and English.
