1. Ensure rigorous tracking of High Jewelry references with suppliers, maintaining delivery timelines.
2. Establish performance indicators with gemstone and diamond suppliers.
3. Act as a liaison between High Jewelry Project Managers and Quality Technicians, representing the procurement department in project meetings.
4. Manage order placement in accordance with established schedules.
5. Implement corrective action plans and propose suitable solutions for any discrepancies.
6. Contribute to process improvements by suggesting optimized tracking tools.
7. Oversee the management of flows and stocks with partners, ensuring replacement of stones when necessary.

1. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, effective solutions.

3. Experience working in a matrix organization.

1. Proficiency in SAP (ECC, APO) and other relevant IT tools.

Experience in supply chain management or procurement within the luxury goods sector is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
