- Manage a variety of administrative tasks including filing, ordering supplies, and office management functions.
- Monitor and process invoices, ensuring accurate collection, verification, recording, and transmission.
- Optimize invoice flows to enhance management efficiency.
- Place orders and handle related administrative tasks such as archiving and follow-up.
- Enter and update supplier prices and conditions in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and updating tracking files.
- Monitor supplier compliance, issue reminders, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate and prepare CAPEX & OPEX reports with the Finance department.
- Execute and document internal controls, providing support during audits.
- Over 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of diverse cultures and environments.
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly developed communication skills in both English and French, verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborative, flexible, proactive, and positive personality.
Candidates must have over 7 years of experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
