1. Support the Boutique Director in delivering an exceptional client and employee experience within the boutique.
2. Contribute to the growth of the brand's reputation through networking and client events.
3. Initiate boutique events and partnerships to enhance sales and traffic.
4. Drive and monitor CRM and clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the boutique team.
5. Demonstrate sales leadership and assist in setting performance targets with relevant KPIs.
6. Prepare strategic reports and action plans to achieve and surpass boutique goals.
7. Manage boutique operations in line with brand and group compliance policies.
8. Act as a brand ambassador at meetings, events, and within the local retail community.
9. Assist in coaching, training, and developing the sales team.
