1. Evaluate the current implementation level of customer services and identify areas for improvement.
2. Conduct industry and cross-industry benchmarks to identify best practices.
3. Develop an operational action plan for the department to deliver the expected customer experience.
4. Manage the operational execution of customer service projects across all channels, including retail and digital.
5. Actively contribute to the team atmosphere and dynamics to ensure the best customer service experience.

1. Proven experience in consultancy and/or project management, including initial phases.
2. Comfortable with the high standards of the luxury sector.

1. Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary and international teams.
2. Rigorous, organized, and flexible.
3. Proficient in English, both oral and written.
4. Solution-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in consultancy and/or project management, particularly within the luxury sector, is required.
