- Oversee the administrative activities of the After-Sales Service, including the registration of pieces, preparation of estimates, and invoicing.
- Coordinate after-sales support to markets, ensuring excellence in complaint management and proactive oversight of ongoing cases.
- Implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and streamline operational processes.
- Identify and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance.
- Manage and develop a team of four, ensuring collective departmental performance.
- Engage in operational activities alongside the team to maintain high performance standards.
- Proven experience in team development, client relations, and administrative management of after-sales services.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Client-oriented mindset with strong operational and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to implement continuous improvement methods.
- Solution-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
