1. Manage daily interactions with the press office, including the distribution of press kits and visuals.
2. Support the organization of press events, such as press presentations and press trips.
3. Coordinate and oversee logistics for photoshoots, ensuring effective SAP flow management.
4. Liaise with various departments, including security, boutique, and marketing, to manage products entrusted during photoshoots.
5. Monitor press clippings and analyze press performance in relation to media investments, proposing corrective actions.
6. Analyze and track local CRM KPIs, suggesting corrective measures.
7. Develop clienteling tools in collaboration with the retail team, focusing on clienteling journeys.
8. Create locally developed gifts.
9. Support the implementation of digital actions, including SNS campaigns to promote trade marketing activities with partners.
10. Assist in monitoring the communication budget, covering advertising, PR, POS, publishing, and promotions.
11. Conduct competitive analysis, focusing on POS and competitor window displays.
12. Provide administrative assistance to the subsidiary, including handling phone calls, appointments, and travel arrangements.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury and watchmaking is essential.
