1. Manage daily interactions with the press office, including the distribution of press kits and visuals.
2. Support the organization of press events such as press presentations and press trips.
3. Coordinate and oversee photo shoots and logistics, including SAP flow coordination.
4. Liaise with various departments such as security, boutique, and marketing to manage products entrusted during photo shoots.
5. Monitor press coverage and analyze performance in relation to media investments, proposing corrective actions.
6. Analyze and track local CRM KPIs and suggest corrective measures.
7. Develop clienteling tools in collaboration with the retail team, focusing on clienteling journeys.
8. Create locally developed gifts.
9. Support the implementation of digital actions, including SNS campaigns to promote trade marketing with partners and support partner feeds.
10. Assist in tracking the communication budget, covering advertising, PR, POS, publishing, and promotions.
11. Conduct competitive analysis on POS and competitor window animations.
12. Provide administrative assistance to the subsidiary, including handling phone calls, appointments, and travel arrangements.

1. Strong appreciation for the luxury and horology sectors.
2. Proven teamwork capabilities.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for fieldwork and commercial activities.
4. Operational readiness.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English.

Experience in luxury or horology sectors is preferred, with a focus on communications and CRM.
