1. Manage daily interactions with the press office, including the distribution of press kits and visuals.
2. Support the organization of press events such as press presentations and trips.
3. Coordinate and oversee photoshoots and logistics, ensuring smooth SAP flow coordination.
4. Handle product management during photoshoots, liaising with security, boutique, and marketing departments.
5. Monitor press clippings and analyze press performance in relation to media investments, suggesting corrective actions.
6. Analyze and track local CRM KPIs, proposing corrective measures.
7. Develop clienteling tools in collaboration with the retail team, focusing on clienteling journeys.
8. Create locally developed gifts for client engagement.
9. Support the implementation of digital initiatives, including SNS campaigns and partner feed support.
10. Assist in tracking the communication budget, covering advertising, PR, POS, publishing, and promotions.
11. Conduct competitive analysis on POS and competitor window animations.
12. Provide administrative assistance to the subsidiary, including handling phone calls, appointments, and travel arrangements.

1. Strong appreciation for the luxury and horology sectors.

3. Operational capability and commercial acumen.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English.

Experience in luxury or horology industries is preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and operational roles.
