1. Manage clienteling tools across a network of five boutiques, including a flagship store, spanning three countries.
2. Participate in the development of strategic plans, business reviews, and newsletters, and extract key performance indicators for management.
3. Coordinate client treatments and conduct post-treatment analyses, maintaining communication with stakeholders such as headquarters, agencies, and clients.
4. Support retail teams in organizing and executing events, including the reopening of the flagship store at 2 Rue de la Paix.
5. Conduct ROI and clienteling analyses post-treatment.
6. Create and disseminate guidelines for client gifts, birthday campaigns, and events.
7. Track the development of prospect and client treatments and boutique activations, including budget monitoring.
8. Enhance the 'experience catalog' for various client types and retail needs.

1. Strong appreciation for the luxury and watchmaking industries.
2. Excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
3. Operational capability in a commercial environment.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury retail and clienteling is preferred.
