1. Develop and cultivate strong relationships with VIC/VVIC clients, leveraging the Maison's hospitality strategy.
2. Identify and implement action plans to enhance client loyalty and re-activate dormant clients.
3. Apply networking strategies to expand the client portfolio beyond the boutique.
4. Organize premium client experiences in collaboration with boutique management.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets, particularly in high-end timepieces.
6. Deliver exceptional client experiences, maintaining high standards and product knowledge.
7. Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the Maison's reputation and desirability.
8. Support the boutique manager in coaching and developing the sales team for the VVIC network.
9. Participate in boutique operations, including roster alignment and daily duties.
10. Manage premium clients' watch care and repairs.

1. 10-12 years of experience in a leadership position within the luxury sector.
2. Proven track record in client relationship management and sales.
3. Deep understanding of luxury fashion, watchmaking, and jewelry brands.

1. Strong communication and expert sales skills.
2. Autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
3. Fluency in French and English, with impeccable communication skills.
