- Oversee the reservation status of customer service areas for efficient management.
- Actively participate in customer relationship management activities in collaboration with the boutique team.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
- Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, ensuring responsible handling.
- Deepen relationships with VIP clients by understanding their preferences to offer exceptional experiences.
- Provide a luxurious and comfortable environment for all visiting customers.

- Manage all aspects of hospitality services, including boutique cleanliness, ambiance, and comfort.
- Gather information on luxury events and venues to plan special customer invitations.
- Promote and manage in-boutique events, collaborating with marketing and sales teams on promotional events and campaigns.
- Support boutique operations and conduct customer service training to maintain the highest service standards.
