- Share a passion for Haute Horlogerie with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute plans to recruit new clients and nurture existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international clientele.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
- Act as a brand ambassador in networking activities to generate sales opportunities.
- Represent the Maison and its values both inside and outside the Boutique.
- Support all Boutique activities, including events and client entertainment.
- Contribute to daily Boutique operations such as after-sales service, stock handling, and client follow-up.
- Solid experience in luxury goods retail with a minimum of 5 years.
- Proven success in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Strong general education and understanding of local and international etiquette.
- Dynamic, passionate, and self-driven sales expertise.
- Result-oriented with a focus on quality service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Fluency in German and English; a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury goods retail or hospitality, with proven success in sales and client relationship management.
A strong general education with an understanding of local and international etiquette.
