- Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience by maintaining outstanding standards and solid product knowledge.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships, turning clients into brand ambassadors.
- Collaborate with boutique and local management to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
- Accurately capture and utilize client data for follow-up and relationship building.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines.
- Master key moments of the sales process, including handling negotiations and objections.
- Assist and support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values.
- Communicate passionately about the Maison, demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values, codes, and history.
- Provide detailed descriptions of Maison pieces to reinforce their uniqueness.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures of the Group, Maison, and boutique.
- Assist in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and merchandising.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure a successful audit.
- College degree preferred
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter with a team-player approach
- Additional language skills are a plus
2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment. General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements is advantageous.
College degree preferred
Expected salary range: $25 - $28 hourly, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
