1. Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience by maintaining outstanding standards and solid product knowledge.
2. Develop and sustain long-term client relationships, turning clients into brand ambassadors.
3. Collaborate with boutique and local management to support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
4. Accurately capture and utilize client data for follow-up and relationship building.
5. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines.
6. Master key moments of the sales process, including handling negotiations and objections.
7. Assist and support after-sales clients in alignment with Maison values.
8. Communicate passionately about the Maison, demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values, codes, and history.
9. Provide detailed descriptions of Maison pieces to reinforce their uniqueness.
10. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures of the Group, Maison, and boutique.
11. Assist in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and merchandising.
12. Participate in inventories and cycle counts to ensure a successful audit.

1. College degree preferred

1. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Proficiency in computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus
4. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Self-starter with a team-player approach
6. Additional language skills are a plus

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environment. General knowledge or interest in timepiece movements is advantageous.

College degree preferred

Expected salary range: $25 - $28 hourly, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
