1. Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, ensuring each customer feels valued and understood.
2. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, turning clients into brand ambassadors.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines.
4. Participate in in-store and offsite events to enhance client engagement.
5. Capture and utilize client data effectively for relationship building and follow-up.
6. Communicate passionately about the Maison, demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values, codes, and history.
7. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and inventory management.
8. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.

1. College degree preferred

1. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Proficiency in computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
5. Self-starter with a team-player approach
6. Additional language skills are a plus

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments, with a general knowledge or interest in timepiece movements.

College degree preferred

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
