- Develop and drive sales turnover in alignment with boutique strategy and targets set by the Boutique Manager.
- Adhere to discount policies and achieve key performance indicators.
- Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring client satisfaction in line with the Maison’s standards.
- Adapt service style to meet individual client needs and ensure sales are conducted appropriately.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, including prospecting and follow-up with new and existing clients.
- Enhance the client database through effective use of welcome cards and client proposals.
- Manage customer service cases according to the Maison’s standards, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with the Boutique Manager.
- Participate in inventory management, including reception, transfer, and stocktaking.
- Ensure products are properly handled, priced, and displayed according to boutique priorities.
- Adhere to brand guidelines in grooming, CRM, VM, and media.
- Comply with group procedures regarding sales, discounts, SAV, and exchanges.
- Actively participate in boutique meetings and training sessions, providing feedback and proposing new ideas.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities through regular checks and reading relevant publications.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Demonstrated passion for luxury products and the Maison.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent customer service and client management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and multitask effectively.
A minimum of 2-3 years in retail sales, ideally within the luxury sector, is required.
