1. Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
2. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through superior sales and after-sales service.
3. Anticipate and address clients' specific needs, representing the brand both inside and outside the boutique.
4. Maintain impeccable grooming standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
5. Nurture and develop client relationships to generate sales leads and build long-term connections.
6. Conduct administrative tasks, including client follow-up, handling inquiries, and managing complaints.
7. Adhere to internal procedures and corporate guidelines related to daily operations.
8. Manage inventory quality, ensuring optimal selling conditions.
9. Provide the highest level of service to after-sales clients, managing complaints and repairs efficiently.
10. Act as a brand ambassador, fostering relationships within the Harrods ecosystem and participating in off-site events.

1. Solid experience in luxury goods retail, preferably within a department store environment.
2. Action-oriented with assertiveness in negotiation and closing sales.
3. Meticulous and client-focused with a strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language such as Chinese, Arabic, or Russian is advantageous.
4. Flexibility regarding working hours.

2-4 years of experience in luxury goods retail, preferably in a department store setting.

Very good general education with a sense for etiquette and presentation.
