- Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through superior sales and after-sales service.
- Anticipate and address clients' specific needs, representing the brand both inside and outside the boutique.
- Maintain impeccable grooming standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Nurture and develop client relationships to generate sales leads and build long-term connections.
- Conduct administrative tasks, including client follow-up, handling inquiries, and managing complaints.
- Adhere to internal procedures and corporate guidelines related to daily operations.
- Manage inventory quality, ensuring optimal selling conditions.
- Provide the highest level of service to after-sales clients, managing complaints and repairs efficiently.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering relationships within the Harrods ecosystem and participating in off-site events.
- Solid experience in luxury goods retail, preferably within a department store environment.
- Action-oriented with assertiveness in negotiation and closing sales.
- Meticulous and client-focused with a strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language such as Chinese, Arabic, or Russian is advantageous.
- Flexibility regarding working hours.
2-4 years of experience in luxury goods retail, preferably in a department store setting.
Very good general education with a sense for etiquette and presentation.
